Whenever i go to google.com, it gives me a white screen that says "hi".
What is causing this?

That's the single stupidest thing I've seen in the way of malware ever.
Delete everything but the "127.0.0.1 localhost" line (the # comments don't matter) and save it. I recommend you run anti-malware programs (Spybot Search & Destroy, Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Free) and schedule a virus scan if you've got AV.
