you know that they're just confusing you, right? Okay... so you'll probably need a usb cord for your cellphone. get whatever drivers so your computer can detect your cellphone. Most games are based either on .swf or .jar. Mostly java files, I believe. google it

You cannot put games on your cellphone via musical notes.

You download the game from the cell phone, or transfer it to the phone. It should detect the file type and ask if you want to install it.
