I reset the computer and suddenly I recieve the 'Ntfs.sys is missing or corrupt' error. I restarted again and booted fine, but there is no ntfs in SYS32 File.

Either find the file for your OS, or reformat.

Edit, I don't even have a "NTFS.sys" in my System32. Windows XP SP3, btw.
