I have the money, but I find it a waste of it.
Even if you aren't into hardcore gaming, it isn't just for gaming. You can also use it for programming. It has a really good processor, you can install your own OS on it (there are already versions of linux for it out), you can program big stuff on it, etc. But even if you do all that, you can still play games.
