I got up, was light headed for a while...Flexed...Then something blew up in my head...It felt like a strain or I think that would feel like a stroke would feel like...I could feel something strange happening to my tounge and my jaw...After 5mins or so the feeling was gone...

The most likely explanation is that you are extremely inactive, and stood up too fast.

I'm not inactive, I take phy-ed every year. I excercise daily too.

I wish it was why would you ask that? This happens to me like 3-4 times a month...I can't possibly be sick 3-4 times a month.

Besides the seizure one this was pretty funny haha.

Medically what you did was stretch and locked your knees in place. Causing you to have a small amount of blood lose that would normal flow from your legs to heart to head to not flow as fast and thus caused a minor annoyance around your head. Don't worry your fine just remember when you stretch up after playing games for 16 hours (like me) DO NOT lock your knees...
