i can post programs for games and stuff but i give credits to other person right ? do i get rep at all just wondering? Embarassed

You must also be sure that the original author gives you permission for posting his stuff. Sometimes the original author doesn't want his stuff on other websites. And yes, you must give credits. Rep depends on the people who are willing to rep you.
