mhm i want to make my checkbox transparent or change checkbox Text colour , i was looking for it in google but nothing in C++ found

nooooooo. That is a message that is sent via SendMessage
Get the handle of your button (GetDlgItem)
SendMessage the message with the proper wide and long params (get them off of msdn) walla

It gives you the DC if the button. So you can just use SetTextColor or SelectObject in the windows procedure upon filtering it. But if you wanna let windows do the default you have to return DefWindowProc.

I was going to ask the same , also how to make microsoft 2007 buttons style ?
I saw one program that have windows xp and vista and microsoft 2007 style buttons all together , i like to do that but i dont know how in C++ Win32 apps ( Possible ? ) .
I think its only done in .NET but i havent learn that yet .
