he takes my camera cuz i was making a c-walk video and he looks through my family photos and makes comments that i dont like.
He also DOESN'T have my permission to look through it. |

Technically it's confescated property and you probably don't have proof he made those comments. If he did make those comments, he can be taken to court for harassment.

i think he does have permission, it's like confisgating mobile phones. if it's on your school contract, then they're aloud to. there'll be something like "by attending blah blah i give permission for the staff to search through confisgated devices to check the contents" or some shit like that. i've got no idea what c-walking is though...

Nobody will believe you if you spell so many things wrong. And yes you should be able to take him to court because the contract should not state that he has permission to do something like that. If it were so what kind of school do you go to that would let a teacher make rude comments about you're family and such. |

If you are going to take this to court, you willh avea hard time finding a judge that will acept this case.
Just like I can't sue my teacher for being racist. He gave me a dentention for talk to someone. And only me, and not the other guy that was talking back.

Yes it is a female teacher. I hate her will my soul. She gave me straight F's so far this whole year. That is why I only show up for her class 10 times since Janurary 3rd.
