So, I have a Dell computer running Vista 32-bit. I have 2.00GB of RAM and 200GB of memory [if that helps] But I've been playing GTA San Andreas and it lags when a lot of things happen [shootout with the cops] So, I was wondering, if there is anyway I can make this game less laggy?

Im guessing you have atleast pentium dual core, but your pc is OK and should run san andreas fine, most likely you may need a new graphics card, a cheap one is fine.
I ran san andreas on my old old pc ( P4 2gb ddr ram, 7300gt, xp)

Its probably integrated graphics
find out what your mother board can support pci , pci e , etc
Yes you need to open it up and just slide it in, very simple

No soldering. It'll fit right into the PCI-E X16 slot. You have a G31 chipset mobo so I can assume you have one.

Unless it's a highend card, which I'm guessing it won't be, a regular PSU should be fine. I don't know what wattage came with your computer, but I wouldn't worry about it unless it's under 400w.
