Should I do it?
I have a Dell PC , only about 3 months old
Quad Core Q6600 , 3GB of RAM, Windows Vista and Superclocked 8600GTS

I know how to overclock and also know the risks
but In order for me to overclock I need to flash my bios

So should I do it? If so, whats the easiest and safest way

There is no easy way, but make sure you read the instructions carefully.

the basic rules of flashing:

1. Never flash anything unless you absolutely need too.

2. Never flash from Windows.

3. Don't fuck it up.

unless there is a big performance boost from 2.4ghz to 3ghz
