First, i would try to see if it is properly installed, go to your control panel and open the add/remove tool, and see if its on that list... |

you shouldnt be programming if you cant navigate your own computer...
try the most common place you god damn buffoun..
C:\Program Files\NAME_OF_YOUR_C++_Compiler_here
god damn learn to use a computer and figure out its behaviors before programming, pls save us the headache of dealing with your inexpeirence..
