Well, this has been happening to me, and it's now becoming frustrating.
In the NVIDIA control panel, on the "Adjust image settings with preview" page, the default radio button selected is the one that says "Let the 3D application decide". I want to set it to "Use my performance emphasizing", but no matter what setting on the slider I set it to, when I push "Apply", it reverts to "Let the 3D application decide".
I am running 32-bit windows XP, with a Ge-Force 7050 integrated card. (Yes, Im getting a new computer, but I still want this to work.) I also have the most up-to-date driver for my card.

I believe you need to set a new profile for each application you want to adjust.

Well, to do that, I would need to push the "Use the advanced 3D image settings"(I think), and when I push Apply, it does the same thing: reverts to "Let the 3D app decide".
