I recall visiting a site that had numerous project suggestions. I'm fairly certain some other users here have used it before being that I first saw the link here. It has categories of Mind-Crushingly average and some others, if I remember correctly. Likewise, if you have any sites similar, I suppose they would suffice as well.

I've also been looking for something like this.

There are always E-books that you can download and most of them have exercises at the end of a chapter which are fun to attempt.
