A Little Information:
MapleStory has and always will be my favourite MMORPG, therefore being a part of a Moderating team of a section that not only surrounds a game I have put a lot of time into personally, but also have a great deal of knowledge of would be an asset for both the forum and myself. Having been here for a fair while myself and accumulating a good 90% of my posts in this Section, I've seen the different types of people that come and go, I believe this would only strengthen my skills as a Moderator, if chosen.
Why:
First and foremost, I have a sound knowledge of what is expected as a Moderator on a forum. Also, Common sense is always a key factor when moderating, something I feel I can utilize effectively when the time comes. It's a given that I also want to help with moderating-related tasks that fall outside of simply warning and banning members, meaning the general moderation tasks.
Additional Notes:
My lack of things to do in spare time is staggering, therefore something like a Moderator position to fill that gap would be perfect; this coupled with the amount of time in said spare time I spend on the forum would give me ample opportunity to effectively moderate. Furthermore, the MapleStory section, being the host to thousands of visitors daily, is growing amazingly, giving way to new members who wish to share their thoughts on the subject of hacking the game, as well as playing, this is one of the leading reasons why I have chosen to apply for this position. |
