What is here not - DMA address?

ecx contains the base address and offset is 3640

See if you can find out how ecx get's it's value. Perhaps you can scroll up, but you might have to do a value scan for the value of ECX

then find out what address holds the value 23a7be8 and then find out what accesses that

just find the pointer to the pointer until you hit a base
