I get this error saying that it cannot be transfered to my iPod because it cannot be played on this iPod, It has 2.0 GB left and the movie IS a mp4 file, but when I put a movie thats under 100MB it get transfered in!, Can anyone help me? The file is 318 MB big.

What kind of Ipod do you have?

Erm...the Square-ish one, idk the name but to clear it up, its not the ipod shuffle, nano, or classic or touch

Sorry, its taking to long to upload, I'll type it word for word.
"The Simpsons Movie.mp4" was not copied to the iPod "Tommy. Wheeee!" because it cannot be played on this iPod.

Are you sure it isn't a Ipod nano 3rd generation? It's the only square ipod that has a screen besides a ITouch

This info is taken from iTunes (you know when you right click a movie and click on info)

I downloaded from a website. (All the other movies worked for me so far(family guy, simpsons)) But this Simpsons Movie doesn't work

Hmm, perhaps the format is wrong. Try converting it again, using SUPER converter from this thread:

Also, this is the Ipod Nano 3rd generation. Maybe you're overloading it's memory banks? Why don't you try to delete some things you don't want/need on it? If not then refer to the post above, works 89% of the time.(Didn't work once on a Japanese movie I downloaded)

That would probably work. But like I said, try to delete a few things first.
