Have any of you ever gotten a birthday gift so special you cried your asses off? I just got one of those. See, right now I live in New York, and I moved from Massachusetts after living my whole life there. I knew all my friends for atleast 5 years and my two bestest friends for 9 years. So when my parents told me we were moving, I was absolutely devastated. I felt like sticking a knife in my throat but I thought about my friends. So I moved on May 23, 2008, after I had a party and sleepovers and booze, we packed our shit and moved to NY. Almost a year has passed now and my birthday is February 3rd, so my dad checked the mail when he got home, brought KFC on the table while I was playing Gears of War 2. He told me to come upstairs and when I did, he held up a yellow shirt with names over it. It matched my boxers, and when I looked at all the names, I just stood there, tears streaking down my face, and I couldn't believe it. My fucking family in Mass signed all their names on it, and I was so happy, and my parents are considering putting me back in Mass. Considering I'm failing in school, there's a good chance I could go back.

Well, I knew them all for practically my whole life so they were family to me, but not by blood. Have you ever moved out of state from your greatest friends? If you haven't, just hope you don't. It sucks major ass.

Once I'm 18, though, I'm getting the fuck out. SoCal, Florida or Chicago. One of those 3. I need to gtfo.

After school and shit, if I don't like these places, might consider going out of the country.

I can relate with you about moving...I have no family cause they're all a bunch of douchebags. I got down in a rut real bad and was depressed and started using bad drugs. Instead of trying to remotely help me. They all shunned and disowned me. just today, though, one of my old high school buddies came to see me..I was so happy that at least one person gives a damn about me i started crying.

So, yeah...I know what you mean.

Same happened to me when I was 12..lost all my friends and moved to another city, so I know how it sucks...and yes it really does :S.

It really sucked moving, I actually cut myself but I'm not emo (somehow)
Sorry if I made anyone cry lol. I just needed to get it out 'cause I couldn't talk. If anyone lives in Massachusetts, you're so fucking lucky because the best people in the world live there. You will almost never find the same type of friends I found and if you do, let me know. Friends like some of us have/had, are literally one of a kind.
