which made me wondered why the world is racist to other people ,but im not sure if its mostly Asians that do it. So i want to know why people are racist to other people ._.

Hmm it depends on how you say the word "person with a high concentration of pigment in his skin". Depending on the way you say will depend if its racist or not

Actually the word 'person with a high concentration of pigment in his skin' (I could bypass that but I'd rather not get another ban :3) is an insult really no matter how you say it.
Even if you don't mean it in a bad way it could still be taken wrongly.

its an ethnoreligious group of people.

To answer the main question:
1. Ignorace
2. History
3. Stereotypes
4. Nature.
ignorance contributes to history, stereotyping, and nature.
History is: Did you start a war? did you lose a war? were you some kind of slave? did you murder people? were you beggars? Were you accused of bringing diseases to a village or town or country?
Stereotyping is: "omggggggggg a middle eastern, he must be a terrorist! SHUNNNNNNNNN AND RUN AWAYYYYY"
Nature is: survival, stick to your kind and you will live. Mate with a different species or different kind of your own species and something is bound to go wrong. (a misfit who does not socially fit with species A or B)
As for why ignorance plays a role in those 3.....
people cant seem to stop judging a group based on the actions of 1. they also cant seem to live in the present nor accept others.
