If i lock my windows vista account with uncompleted download's , will
i still be connected to the wireless internet if its locked?

If you are still logged into your account and you lock it, then your still connected to the internet.

If you log off from your account and then lock, then you will not be connected to the internet.

What does the lock do?
IS it like if you go AFK and you Lock it no one can go on it with out a password?

Its makes you go out to the windows login screen. Everything you were doing will still be in process.
