Getting L4D on PC is better than 360.
The PC version is definitely gonna get better stuff than the 360 version in terms of updates, new maps, custom maps/game modes and everything. You can use Source SDK on PC which cannot be used on 360.
Valve has a great track record on the PC but it was terrible on consoles. Look at the Orange Box. It sucked on console but awesome on PC.

Getting L4D on PC is better than 360.
