When the eldest daughter, Kerstin, became seriously ill in spring 2008, her father allowed her to be taken to a hospital, which triggered a series of events that eventually led to discovery. The case is expected to go to trial in March 2009.

TL;DR:
Man holds daughter 24 years long in basement and rapes her almost every day. He got 7 kids of her and the police found 1 dead baby.
