i mean its kinda public we giving hacks and its illegal so has this forum ever been sued or warn or something cause its been on for more than 3+ year and yet it seems like no game- company gives about us hacking

Ya it lets you hack but its not promoting hacks for any single game. Its just an engine, its the user who makes it for a certain game.

CEF had been attacked, rebelled against, been through worldwide riots, devastated by multiple volcanic eruptions, targeted by nukes on multiple occasions, blasted by plasma beams from high-tech alien spaceships, been capsized by black holes, and suffered explosions by the big bang - twice.

Suing is nothing compared to anything which happened to CEF.
