Since you see here in the library then let the books help you start off a conversation.
e.g. Grabs books ("The life of a tree"), go sit at her table, start reading it and then say something like
"Did you know that the rings in a tree tells how old they are?" "If I wasn't human then I want to be a tree cause the people who loves me will always know where I will be. Oh btw my name is XXXXXXX and what's yours?

Another way.
Go to the area where she is sitting, create attention and start screaming
"I can't do it" a hundred times, then sit at her table and then start your conversation.
