I've noticed with people such as "Legitimate", that when you quote them, their name shows up as "Legacy".
Why is that?

So is the name left unchanged intentionally? Also, how would one change their Username, just request from DB? Or would I have to donate?

Because OP is stupid and hasn't actually quoted Legitimate. He's just looked in an old thread that has Legitimate quoted from when he was Legacy and assumed that's the case all of the time.
