Most likely not. Nexon is a rather large company and, it is quite likely that they included stuff in the TOS/something else to save their asses if someone tried to sue them.

blame your self for being addicted to it and wasting all that money.
i spend money on it too but i dont "need" to have it 24/7
i do it on my own free will and i know my limits =0
this is the equivalent of the popular case between fast food restaurants vs. fat people.
why should the fat people sue fast food restaurants for getting fat?
they are the ones who willingly went and bought the food.
Also, Kart Rider was announced that it would be closed weeks before it actually closed.
plenty of time to use that NX or w/e.
and if you bought it knowing that the game was going to close down, then its your fault.

i fail to understand how nexon is involved in that?
1. Wanting to be rich isnt part of the game. Its something the players decide. You can get a shit load of crap ingame and make easy money.
Again, nexon doesnt point a gun to your head and ask you to buy their crap.
Or, you can be normal and just find your stuff that would keep you alive in game, no need to have excess amount of mesos or NX.
2. Drop games are games played by the players on their own time by their own will. Its not really a scam. You are the dumbfuck who decided to drop your crap. You are dumbfuck to agree even to play. So dont fucking blame your little dumbfuck attitude on Nexon.
The game is free.
The NX is not.
Actually, im wrong on that part. The NX is also free if you use MTS.
