It's a troll where a group of individuals are making newfags like me (cokefag) and flashfags think there is a secret forum about Teletubbies that is a subforum for Random Spam. Apparently bill can invite, but he isn't inviting anyone, and S3NSA started all of this.

apparently S3NSA, iNcorrection, Mychilli and Localhost are saying that there is a club, but there are no screenshots of it except for a shot of the forum which looks obviously photoshopped. I can tell from the pixels and from having seen quite a few shoops in my time.
