I noticed that people whose Join Date is before July 2007 can see it. Like iNcorrection and localhost and compact. But then SirGogLiek comes and is liek, no. Also those 3 people mentioned also has alot of rep, and rep + join date meen everything in randum spem. Also big e-peen.
