Hello..
Well I have a great great girlfriend and she's stuck by me though loads of shit.
But I'm borderline overweight and always feel bad because I feel.. I dunno I kinda feel I'm not good enough for her.

She's always told me she doesn't mind but I know she gets teased about it. I jsut want her to be happy.

Ideas?

With the gym, I just run for a bit (like 10mins) every day but nothing happens.

10 minutes won't cut it, for your entire fitness/workout for the day. Try to incorporate sports/other physical activities with friends, it should help you do more while having "fun".

Putting your best effort in PE and eating healthy foods actually does help, I lost 5 pounds without knowing I did in a month doing that. I power walk everywhere, so you might want to give that a try (to me, it's just as stressful, if not more than jogging).

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be rude.
From what you've said, she likes you not what you look like, so I wouldn't worry about it. If the gym doesn't help at all, by the way, it could just be your metabolism. Another quick tip, if I eat breakfast instead of skipping it in the morning, like I normally do, I tend to lose weight. Not like you need to.

I would suggest working out (cruches,sittups,bench pressing) ATLEAST twice a weak and running daily.

I think it's my motivation to be honest. I get down when I think about it, and I know it sounds corny, but I eat when Im depressed. Dont know why, I just feel hungry and alone. I know she likes me, but I want to be a buff guy like alot of my friends. I know she wouldn't cheat on me but when she goes to clubs, I just know she wants the hotter men. Sad

I see bro. What motivates you? If you would run maybe, a mile a day in your neighbor hood? You could be back in shape within 1-2 months. If you worked out (benchpressing, situps, pushups, that kind of stuff), you could build up a 6 pack within 5-6 months.

just eat healthy, salads from TIME to TIME or some subs...just stop eating stuff like cake and chips, i used to be fat but now im skinny so good luck and also work out start with 5 pound dumbells (i no im weak) then go on from there

running is easy, and you will improve faster than you think... as long as you stick with it.


also, watch what you eat, go stuff your face with salad or something. there's dressings that will make dog shit taste good.
