I have panic disorder so I cannot go places that have too many people or I will have a panic attack. I have panic attacks if I smell certain things. I have a panic attack if I think about having a panic attack. I am super paranoid. I am constantly worrying about stuff. Like right now a bus or plane could crash into my house.

Stop creating problems for yourself.

They're not panic attacks when you smell things. They're allergic reactions. Get pills for them.

You have a panic attack when thinking about a panic attack because you want to have one. I don't know why you would want to, but you do.

You're super paranoid: Same reason as above.
