NexonKiller is hosted on HostGator. We know this from the Whois information: http://whois.ws/whois-com/ip-address/nexonkiller.com/

That site hosts a variety of hacking, phishing, and malicious software, as well as materials that may be considered copyrighted.
HostGator has a nice "plain-English" terms-of-service. That means you can understand it without a degree in Law. Rolling Eyes

As you can see, NexonKiller is violating the TOS in many different categories. This is grounds for suspension, and the site will be monitored to ensure such content is not restored, the suspension may be permanent.

Here is a simple list of TOS violations that apply:

Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
Hacker focused sites/archives/programs
Sites promoting illegal activities

Example: I recently purchased hosting with HostGator, my site was shutdown one day later for merely having "hacks" in it's name, I had to call and verify I would not be using my site for hacking/malicious software of any kind.
