Its a xfx 8600gt 1gb ddr2.
And should i OC my processor?
Its the 2.66ghz core 2 duo e8200 i think .
If so, any links of how to?

Yup, but i used Riva Tunner to OC and only tested it with ATITool.
So, should i OC the CPU or not?
Considering the fan.

So long as you keep the clock under the point where you would need to increase the voltage. Unless you have temps that are catastrophically high already, changing only the clock won't have any sort of dramatic impact on them.
This means all you have to change is the FSB in BIOS.

LOL, one of my old computers, I got an:
Sonata III, E4500 2.2gHz, 8800GT SLI, asus p5n-d.
First the GPU's was overclocked to 725mHz.
Then the CPU was overclocked to 3.1gHz, 24/7 stable WITH the original
cpu cooler, maxed temps around 65-70 on full load.
So I think you probebly could get your to atleast 3.0gHz.
WIth the bad cooling, sonata III got bad cooling also.

I think she ment the ram mHz.
Clock the ram won't help you any preformance.
Clocking the ram is only nessesry to overclock the CPU higher.
