Everyday u hear my ps3 and pc call out to me (NAH JK) well kinda but i am always stuck on my pc or ps3 it is like an addiction that i cant get rid off is there a way i can stop focusing on video games and facebook and focus more on school and getting active?
P.S. It is really hard!

I know this. I had this too, I grew out of it after some time.
A smart thing might be to stop trying to completely stop with it, and start combining your work, for example making your homework on the computer.
Or you could take a little break after one hour of hard work and play the PS3 for 15 minutes. (Set your TV on sleep after 15 is a good idea to make you stop  )

Well Im kind of like you so I shouldnt even be on this topic but one thing
that helped me in school is sitting closer to the teacher (front of the class.)

Agreed. Just try to do what was stated. If that dosent wor and you gt hooked, and, this is a bad thing to do, but, just dont do your homework and hope your teacher is sick. But, dont follow that advice. I tried it when I was younger.
If your grades were phailing, then thats a problem. Maybe try to get someone to hide your PS3 or just try to break the addiction.
