my hair is about an inch and a half long and it sticks up, is there a way i can make it go down? i used to have long hair and it was down but now i dont remember how to do it.

I rarely use shampoo and it doesn't stay up (unless i want it to)

What ever you do, do not use an electric straightener.

I used one about 1 month ago in a salon to straighten my hair permanently, and now I still have split ends and my hair brakes easily.

After you finish washing your hair with whatever, dry it with a towel for around 5 minutes, vigourously, then comb it with a thick toothed brush.
This way, the moisture wont frizz up your hair when it drys.

Use warm or hot water as you get better control of your hair and put some gel on to make it stick.

If it's not long enough to use hair straighteners, you could just use GoStraight hair cream, maximum hold. If you can't be assed to use that every day, then go to your local hair dresser and ask about a thermal ionic hair straighten.
