Okay so recently ive decided to build a computer, my budget is NOT very high(parents wont lemme spend alot since it is bad economy right now) and i have found parts on new egg that are all compatible, i want to know if these parts are good and if they will make a good computer for gaming, btw i have an external CD drive,here are the links to the parts:

Now if anyone can give me a compatible CPU fan that is under $50 i would appreciate, also comment and tell me if this is a good price.

Im also using this board with a dual core and its pretty good but if you wanna use the gigabyte one its fine for me.

Get an 8800gt instead of the HD 3870.
As for the aftermarket CPU cooler, I recommend you get a Tuniq Tower or a Thermaltake Big Typhoon. Those are both popular, well-performing products.

maybe a Q6600 if it's still within the budget. just use the stock cooler unless you are overclocking. otherwise, Ultra 120 Extreme is the best heatsink you can get.

I want to use a quad core proccessor only and i dont want the overall price to be over $700 for everything, and im not going to overclock since i dont know how and it dosent interest me but if i were just to use this computer for gaming, games like oblivion or spore or crysis, i would not need a CPU fan? since the phenom already comes with one, and i would like a graphics card that has open gl 2.1 and directx 10.1 that can handle games like oblivon or crysis(as long as the game plays i will be happy)

lawl, btw i dont want to overall price to be over $700 right now all the parts put together are 535.94 without the graphics card i picked, $635.93 with the graphics card i picked, i want the overall price to be as cheap as possible like even $700 might be too much(my parents are paying for this, im just putting the pieces together, and ive told them it'll be around $700 dollars and they said that is alot(they dont wanna spend during this bad economy) so im hopeing it'll be in the $600 dollar range.

I got some recommentions.

I've tried alot of intels and a few AMD's and Im 100% sure that you should
get an intel.

If you really want an quad, take the Q6600, but otherwise you might
want to get the E8400.

On the graphiccard, don't take nvidia on the lower prices and DON'T take the
3870.

I suggest the 4830, which is very good @ its price.

@ motherboard take the gigabyte p45 that they suggested.

Yeah, the P45 Gigabyte is something of the Intel equivalent of the Gigabyte you chose for AM2+ socket. Think twice before choosing the AMD's four cores over Intel's two.
The 4830 outperforms the older 3870. Only about fifteen USD more.
