STUNTED GROWTH IS BULLSHIT, MYTH MOST LIKELY MADE IN THE 1900s WHEN ROIDING WAS LEGAL AND WAS NOT LAB-TESTED.
I TYPE IN CAPITALS TO GET YOUR ATTENTION AND SLIGHTLY CHANGE THE LOOK OF MY VIEWPOINT.
LOOK AT ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER, HE STARTED WORKING OUT WHEN HE WAS 12 AND IS NOW 6+ FEET
SILLY POSTERS, DEFINITION OF YOUR MUSCLES ARE MADE BY LOSING THE LAYER OF FAT COVERING IT AND REBUILDING OF THE MUSCLE FIBERS, WHICH GIVES IT CURVES AND WHATEVER.
ALSO, FAT DOES NOT CONVERT TO MUSCLE, NOR VICE-VERSA. THEY ARE BOTH TWO DIFFERENT THINGS, AND FAT IS ALWAYS COVERING MUSCLE.
WORKOUT EVERY MUSCLE, EVEN YOUR LATS, OR ELSE YOU'LL LOOK PRETTY STUPID WITH LITTLE STICKS FOR LEGS AND A BUILT CHEST AND ARMS.
FRUITS AND VEGETABLES WON'T DO FOR PROTEIN, THEY ARE INCOMPLETE. EAT LEAN MEATS, TOO.

YOUR CORE MUSCLES HELP KEEP YOUR ORGANS STAY IN PLACE AND YOUR ABS WILL PROTECT YOU FROM HITS. ALSO, YOUR APPEARANCE IS VERY IMPORTANT IN MANY SITUATIONS. _________________

You should work on the abs, don't be scared. And also do push ups for your arms. _________________

Try to be a bit more than you usually do. And focus when you work out.
How can I forget this super major important tip.
- Breath with every push up, or sit up or whatever workout you do. BREATH!
Ex: You're doing a push up, and you go up then down (breath) up -> down -> breath & so on. That's how you actually burn the fat. _________________

I can do about 10 pushups and then I have to stop for a little while, is this normal? |

Yes, you will gradually get better.
@OP.
Abs = low body fat %. If you don't want to work on your legs or whatever then get a low body fat %. Healthy eating, cardio. Optional is strength training, which will boost your goal of a low body fat %. Strength training has to incorporate all body parts, not just biceps. If you can't follow a good routine of strength straining, bodyweight exercises are good. Eg, squats, pushups. |

| Well pushups should be done until you can't do anymore, then incorporate other exercises for legs, so you don't just have a bigger upperbody. Squats, calve raisers etc. would be good. |

holding in your breath has nothing to do with burning fat. but holding in your breath can give you a hernia. _________________

Depends if you do em with sets or not, sets are slightly easier and you should aim at do 25% more than doing em straight off without any pauses.
@breathing thing, no false info. |

jsin is right. The reason why you're breathing is because you don't want to bust a fuckign blood vessel. Also like benlue stated, abs are about body fat. Abs are made in the kitchen. not at the gym. _________________

Don't work out @ such a young age, seriously.
It does not do good things to your body.
Look @ Alexander Despatie (olympic diver) he really fucked up his body working out strenuously @ a young age. _________________
