I have this problem now , I cant fix it.
this is all because i downloaded Pineapple Express.torrent w/o an antivirus.

What is the problem in the picture?
Are you missing the start button and taskbar?
If so go to task manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del)
File>New Task...>explorer.exe>ok
Other than that you need to explain the problem in more detail because I don't know what's wrong in the picture....

Boot into safe mode and see if the same thing happens...
If explorer.exe run's then yes something is blocking explorer.exe in normal mode. Boot back into Normal mode and after 5 minutes of letting the coputer load take a screenshot of processes running in taskmanager and post the image here.
Also you can go to http://www.processlibrary.com/ and type in every process that's running to check if it is a virus...
Another thing you should do is download Trend Micro'z Hijackthis....
and post the log here and at http://www.hijackthis.de/
If you still have the Virused File you can check if it is virused by using my Tutorial...
http://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?t=342191
It's a bit hard to see tho...

It doesn't have to be a exe. It could aslo be a dll injecting itself into explorer.exe.

tip 1: read comments before dowloading
tip 2: check see if the file extension is right, file size too.
tip 3: don't download fishy "codecs"
last tip: scan shit before running it!
