So as the title say I would want to learn how to make a basic bot not anything to difficult. Something like that would auto target a monster auto attack it and when monster is dead repeat and attack and kill. Would this be so hard to do for a beginner? I would like to learn how, and but he way you guys don't need a tell me straight forward here (but if you want go ahead), but if you guys want to you guys can direct me to a TUT for learning. Thank You very much.

Have a look at SCAR (Pascal) and Autoit. Scar is probably a little harder to learn because there aren't many tuts on it. Autoit however has a very good noob friendly tutorial. Might be what you're looking for.
