it used to work fine... and a week ago it suddenly froze during it second scan... so i rebooted comp, and tried again, same thing... nothing seems to help...

i get the 1st scan fine, then during the second scan, it freezes. i waited 30 mins, nothing, so its not lag. and i cant terminate scan either

just reinstall or download lower/higher version

check that you have enough diskspace left on the disk ce is installed

that happened a couple times for me but it works most of the time just happens sometimes
