Don't use clouds, they look tacky.
All signatures are based around these things:
Lighting - Where's the light source? Does it look realistic? Does it help the other things that the sig needs (See below) ?
Composition - Where is the render placed, what perspective is it from? Does it look like he's looking right at you? Does it look like he's running away? Does it look believable?
Colours - Are the colours attractive? Do they fit together? Are they monotonous (Same all the way through the sig) ? Do they help the other things or do they ruin them?
Depth - Does it look like you could walk right past the guy and keep walking as if it's real? Does it look like you could go deep into this place that the character is in?
There are more but I'm too tired and can't think of them, lol. |
