windowed = game + msn better graphics because its compiled into a small box instead of stretched into a huge fucking screen

but you can stretch the game to fit your screen so its almost as if your playing fullscreen

then take the sides and stretch it to fit your screen

that way you have the expirience of Fullscreen but its in windowed mode
