That can detect keyloggers, spyware, viruses etc. But doesn't use a lot of RAM? D:

you could always just be careful with what you download and open..

however if you refuse to do that a nice little sandbox would be good for testing apps to make sure they dont mess up your machine, thats what i prefer to do.

apparently avast is a good av,
i stick with avg free with zone alarm, or nod32
you will never get one that meets your requirements there are problems with them all you wont notice until a while of usage.

or if you want supreme security you could always just install linux
