I do it once every 3 days. Your epididymus fills up every 3 days and your sperm start to die, so I do it then to keep it young and fresh. Doing it too much isn't good according to sex ed.

Dunno. I've heard it weakens elbow and wrist joints, causing arthritis earlier, but I don't know.
