wut?
its simple. read a static address with RPM and put the value in a buffer, then add your offset to the buffer, finally use WPM to write your new value to the address specified in the buffer, which assuming its a single level pointer should be what you want.

Ya see, my RPM and WPM only take 2 parameters so I can't put the handle.

lol. I seriously can't stop laughing at how pathetic CEF has grown(LOL) itself into.

Add the offset value you got from that
Read the value
ex:
uint Address = 0x123456;
uint offset = 0x123;
byte[] bRead;
ReadProcessMemory(hProcess,(IntPtr) Address, bRead, 4, null);
uint PtrAddress = (uint)(BitConverter.ToInt32(bRead) + offset);
ReadProcessMemory(hProcess, (IntPtr)PtrAddress, bRead,4,null);
uint Value = (uint)(BitConverter.ToInt32(bRead));
