Well, it started 2 days ago, youtube would SLOWLY load and when i tryed to watch a video it would load slow too, I have also noticed my internet was somewhat slower too.I cleared my broswer(Restore to Default settings), yet it does make a difference, Even on Firefox, the same thing happens.Any help would be appriciated! oh, and also, KasperSky Internet Security hasnt pick up anything but just my harmless games.

CASED CLOSED TIL' SATURDAY-SUNDAY I WILL POST BACK MY RESULTS.

How dramatic did you find the change in download speed from sites other than YouTube? In explanation, sometimes some YouTube servers suck since the site has become so popular and often it makes people think their entire internet is slower.
I doubt anything happened to alter your internet too badly if KIS didn't come up with anything, but go here or here for a speed test if you have something of a baseline from before you noticed the change.

Well, for today, its at normal speed, but yesterday is was slow,so, i dont really know whats going on, could it be the server it self?
Edit : No, my baseline is normal,nothing is changed.
Edit2: e.g Loads fast for 3 seconds then it slows down,before it would keep loading fast.

Sometimes people experience irregularities with their internet when their modem or router malfunctions slightly, rendering the connection unstable. When it happens again, unplug your modem/router and plug them back in, that might help.
