is there any way to log into a dell xps1530 running windows vista home premium without using password/fingerprint?

like, how do i make a secret account that doesnt show up at log in screen? ned help... my dad cut the mouse on my laptop and my mom letting me use laptop to type essay, so now i ask.... HOW... otehrwise, no games... for loooooooong time

(add 2 passwords for 1 account?)

by cut the wire i ment he pulled out all the usb cords, which broke the usb ports(all of them were used... damn), then cut wires... several times...
and plus, he would never let me get a mouse... so can you please answer my original question

im 15, it was my desktop, try to break into my moms laptop
