hey guys i dont know if this is the right spot to post this but i was just wondering if there was a webcam hack that automaticly turns on the webcam of the person im chatting too, well i know there is because my friend has is and i just wanted to know if i could get a download link for it?

| i imagine it would be on their side not yours which controls the web-cam, or else it would be an incredibly waste of internet upload/download sending to everyone on your address list all the time....

you can hack into their webcam, but im afraid most AV's will detect it.
Search for a trojan virus called SubSeven, then read about it.
Basically, you bind it to any file you like, send it to them and wait till they run it, then if their AV doesnt go mad on them, you will have access via a port number to their machine.
This virus can control everything including turning on webcams.
Back in the day i used to bind it to programs that didnt work, then they thought nothing ran properly, but secretly it had installed the virus

| If you get messenger plus you can get an addon and send it to others who have plus. I think i saw something on www.evilzone.org about it. Basically you install one script on your computer and a different one (that turns on webcam) on the target computer. Your script will allow you to view it. I'm not too sure on this but I'm pretty sure that'd be an easy way. Just remember it's ILLEGAL and you'd have to be a desperate perv to do it.

You need a trojan for that. I suggest you code your own since, that will lower the chances of it being detected and, means you will not have unnecessary functions which would usually make it larger and more suspicious.
Then, you need to be good at social engineering. Or have direct access to their computer...

A worm that did this made the news a few months back.
A quick google for webcam worm shows lots of results about it.

made the news a few months back? dude subseven trojans have been around for over 20 years, they need some new reporting material

Roger that...
But Mobman didnt create Sub7 for hacking, he created it for remote administration software. They even told him it had too much control.
People just didnt care and used it as something bad, they totally missed the general concept of what it was really intended for.
But you can do that with autoit also, Remote web cam, or a number of things. Just like sub 7, it will have to be installed on the other persons pc just the same.

In .net you can use the iCam class. tested in vb.net 2008 and works fine with USB webcams. To stream it into a pictureBox you can use it like

PicOutput is a picturebox on your form.
