I would recommend 4670, it much better for around the same price.
@ the retards on top (not cheetah) don't just spam shit, he suggested those
and then he probebly want somthing in that price range.

I'd go with the 4650. It's pretty nice, and the price is good.
As for NVIDIA, the GPU might be good, even though I've heard some negative response from my friends who bought it. NVIDIAs price=/=performance level doesn't match.

| Do not get the 4670. The 4650 is $60, while the 4670 is $100. There is not a 50% performance increase going from the 4650 to 4670, so get the 4650.

That isnt spamming shit, its informing him that both cards are better so another choice would be better

It is spamming because it neither answers the OP's question nor provided insight on the issue at hand.
The poster obviously has a price range in mind since he mentioned the GeForce 9500GT and HD 4650. You just told him to get a card twice as much as those he mentioned, without cost justification or saying something about the cards he mentioned/recommended something else in the price range. 
There are most obviously better cards out there, I'm assuming he already knows.

In that case, 2 4870x2's or 3 GTX 280's are better, let's just recommend those, despite them also being completely out of his price range.

Btw the 4670, isn't for 100, its for 77:

Its like a 8800GT but a little better and cheaper.

i dont understand why u guys are suggesting graphics cards he did not mention. he asked you to choose between two, and u guys are naming off GPU's off the top of ur head.
why dont u just tell him to get 4870x2's?
