Some times I don't get my ring tones cause my phone company blocked free ring tones etc.

If you had half a brain you would know that most cellphone companies make it so you can not use anything that isn't bought from them.
In example.. Boost Mobile they only allow use of their ringtones/games which cost anywhere from 1-9 dollars each.
