i have 2 diff monitors and for some reason im getting this weird "matrix coding" type green shit all across my screen.

i took my computer apart and reconnected my cards and fans n stuff so i know its not the monitors.

look at these screens and see if u can tell me whats up

Seems like a graphics card error. Your VRAM (core, shaders, maybe) is probably clocked too high.

Are you using DVI? It looks like a faulty cable, try replacing it and see what happens.

Try a different graphics card, or the onboard video if you have that option.
