You're downloading pretty slowly for your connection... I have a 30Mb/s and I get that with IDM when the network isn't busy (I live in the middle of nowhere. ) Use IDM!

WAHT. Even with ddl I've never gone over 800kb/s. /wrists.

I don't use download manager either, but the max is still 800kb/s. Bell throttles like crazy I guess. I'm paying for 7mb/s internet.
